Work & Qualifications
Consulting
As an accessibility consultant, I have been responsible for collaborating with game development studios such as Ubisoft, Microsoft, and EAGames on accessibility through presentations, designing of new features, and player studies. Some of the games I’ve worked on include but are not limited to Sea of Thieves, As Dusk Falls, and more yet to be announced.
Audio Description
Audio descriptions are critical for blind and low vision consumers to engage authentically with TV shows and movies, but also through mediums such as video games, live streams, and more. My work with audio description includes:
- Narrating the audio description for the live action Avatar: The Last Airbender on Netflix
- Consulting with game studios such as Interior Night, where I recently helped bring audio descriptions to their game, As Dusk Falls.
- Serving as an advisory board member for Descriptive Video Works, the leading audio description provider in North America.
CPACC Certified
Issued by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals, I am certified in cross-disciplinary knowledge about disabilities, universal design, and accessibility standards, laws, & management strategies.
NVDA Certified Expert
A native screen reader user and certified expert, I am able to assess websites for screen reader compatibility through bug testing and assessment tools and can help make your website accessible.
